Upcoming Giveaway: Ellenos Greek Yogurt

We’re surfing the tidal wave of enthusiasm as far as we can. Customers and industry peers keep raving that our giveaways are one of the bright spots in these uncertain times—so, next up: Ellenos.

With every whole pie order this Tuesday (May 19), while supplies last, we’ll deliver a two-pack of Ellenos Greek yogurt. Flavors will be either Marionberry or Lemon Curd. If you haven’t ever had Ellenos, you’re in for a pleasant surprise.

Ellenos was founded in 2013 when husband and wife Bob and Yvonne Klein joined father and son Con and Alex Apostolopoulos to open their first fresh scooped yogurt bar in Seattle’s Pike Place Market. Their traditional Greek yogurt recipe and hand-crafted process have been handed down the Apostolopoulos family for generations. Ellenos is made with fresh milk sourced directly from a single local farmer in northwest Washington, and their fruit purees are made in-house from whole food ingredients. In 2016, Ellenos began selling their hand-made packaged yogurt to retail grocery stores. Packaged flavors include seasonal offerings like Orange Turmeric and Pumpkin Pie, as well as classics from their original scoop bar like Marionberry, Lemon Curd, and Passion Fruit.

Thanks to years of love from people who supported them from their early days at Pike Place Market, Ellenos has grown to become a Northwest staple. And now Ellenos is giving back. They are dedicating the month of May to support all of those in the restaurant industry that have been impacted by the coronavirus crisis. Learn more about their program here.
