Our Chicken Sausage and Morel Primo features Isernio’s all-natural chicken sausage, a blend of morel and crimini mushrooms, mozzarella, and our seasoned tomato sauce.
For the love of onions! Our Crostata, an ode to the Walla Walla sweet, Washington state’s official vegetable, is only available seasonally, like the onions themselves. The delicate onions get their mild sweetness from the rich sandy loam soil of the Palouse. We caramelize the onions, which makes them even richer and butterier, and layer them over an olive oil base. Topped with a blend of gorgonzola, mozzarella, and fontina cheese, they make a legendary pie.
