We began delivering pizza in Seattle in 1992. Back then, Edgar Bobadilla, Pagliacci’s dough master (then and now) would make the dough in the morning, kneading by hand, and deliver it in the afternoon in a green and white Volkswagen van that was missing first gear. “Slap it into second and get it to go,” he says with a smile.

Our delivery footprint now covers many more neighborhoods, and you can order through multiple channels (including an old-fashioned phone call). In today’s gig economy, our direct-delivery model is refreshingly old-school. Our average driver tenure is five years, an industry leading figure.
