10 years on the phone!

According to Phone Center General Manager Jun Kenney, Associate Manager Sam Eisenhood was only planning on staying at Pagliacci for 6 months. He must have liked it here, because he is celebrating his 10-year anniversary at Pagliacci today! After growing up in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Sam moved to Seattle during the early 90’s for the music and to be part of “the scene”. He started at Pagliacci as a part time CSR, then moved to daytime catering and became the Catering Coordinator 2 years ago. Sam says that is just started out to be a part time job, but as time went on, he found that not only was he good at it, but really appreciated the chances that he was given to learn new things and assume more responsibilities.

Sam recently went parachuting for the first time and is “absolutely” looking forward to parachuting again. He’d like to progress far enough in the sport to be able to jump by himself, and said that the scariest part of the jump was walking to the door of the plane and actually jumping out. He really loved it after that!
