Our Rosemary Potato features potatoes roasted with rosemary and mildly spicy, tender, marinated chicken, pickled red onions, parsley, mozzarella and Kasseri cheese. All perfectly placed on our hand-tossed crust drizzled with olive oil and seasoned with red pepper flakes. We might not be able to make the rain go away, but we can help keep your feet dry and your spirits high.

Take a trip to New York with our Bianca Piccante, an East Coast version of the classic Pizza Bianca Romana. With no tomato sauce, this pizza is a showcase for the rich combination of three of the best Italian cheeses: mozzarella, parmesan, and ricotta. The mild spiciness comes from a dash of chili flakes, which finds balance in the soft pockets of creamy ricotta. The mozzarella adds structure to the blend of cheeses and parmesan imparts its nutty, salty flavor. The pizza gets a sprinkle of coarse sea salt after baking.

If you love the cake, you’ll love this creamy, satin-smooth version. Mascarpone, cream cheese, and a dash of Madagascar vanilla form the base, which is swirled with flecks of red velvet cake.
