August is the time of year when the local Roma tomato harvest is at its best. For this pie we slowly roast the tomatoes in olive oil, balsamic vinegar and herbs to bring out their sweetness. Simply paired with fresh basil and mozzarella on an olive oil base, it’s a summer sensation.

THE HAWAIIAN
Inspired by a recent trip to Hawaii (see our blog), we’ve swapped out our normal pineapple for slices of fresh Maui pineapple. It’s featured with Canadian bacon on mozzarella and our seasoned tomato sauce. We’re running this instead of our normal Canadian Bacon & Pineapple and are also offering up fresh pineapple slices as a pizza topping in place of our usual pineapple. We hope you enjoy it!
