 A Little History:
When we began testing delivery service out of our Queen Anne Pizzeria, our Phone Center consisted of one person, Jun Kenney a.k.a "The Voice of Pagliacci". She answered three phone lines and kept track of frequent customers with a Roldex - a far cry from our current operation.
When we opened our first delivery kitchen in 1992, we committed ourselves to a centralized Phone Center that would take all of the pizza orders for the kitchens so the kitchens could concentrate on making great pizza. The Phone Center was able to provide our customers with great service on the phone without interuption. By centralizing our phone system, we also committed ourselves to one easy phone number to remember regardless of where you live. When we opened on the Eastside in 1998, we added another phone number for the 425 area code.
