 A Little History:
Stone Way opened on July 22, 1992, as the second Pagliacci Delivery Kitchen. The little location on Stone Way and 40th Ave is still the smallest Pagliacci in physical size, but it packs a big punch!
The challenge of a growing business combined with a confined work space resulted in the crew's creative redesign of the kitchen. They said closed minds, not enclosed space was the real constraint. Stone Way's crew choreographed their kitchen movements to minimize cross-traffic and maximize convenience. They were the first to have designated tossers modeled after designated hitters in baseball. The innovative idea of the pizza assembly line was born and is now used in every Pagliacci delivery kitchen.
