 A Little History:
The Bridle Trails Delivery Kitchen opened November 18th, 1998, bringing Pagliacci to the Eastside. After nearly 20 years, Eastside residents were able to have Seattle's best pizza delivered right to their door. Former Seattleites who remembered Pagliacci said it was worth the wait.
The store was quickly accepted into the neighborhood. Many pick-up orders were placed by customers outside of the delivery area who eagerly awaited a Pagliacci to open in their neighborhood. Bridle Trails was the first location to help Pagliacci become recognized by The Seattle Times readers as "Best Eastside Pizza."
For six years the kitchen was tucked under the arm of TechCity Bowl, far off the street. It was very unassuming with a tiny lobby and not easy to spot from the street. In March of 2005, the Bridle Trails Delivery Kitchen moved into a new home just a hop, skip and jump away. The new location is much easier to see on the corner of NE 70th Place and 130th Ave NE. The bigger site features a seating area to dine in and to enjoy while you are waiting for your order. There is also a kids area so that your little ones can be themselves.
