Management Hiring Process

Our management hiring process consists of multiple steps to ensure we have enough information about each other to match our mutual needs. We look for candidates who embody our core values:

The following is an overview of our management hiring process.

  • Get in Touch. You can send in a resume via e-mail or through snail mail to 423 East Pike, Seattle, WA 98122. You can also drop off an application at any of our locations. You can expect a response from us with in five business days. We will review your resume to determine if you have the qualifications and experience that will help you succeed as a Pagliacci manager.

  • Phone Interview. If your qualifications look good on paper, we will do a phone interview at your convenience. It will last anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes. During this interview, we will briefly discuss job expectation, objectives and clarify any questions. After the phone interview, you can expect a follow up call within 48 hours to let you know how we intend to proceed in the interview process.

  • First Interview. Your first interview will take place at our corporate office. The meeting will last for about an hour, allowing us to get to know you better and for you to get to know Pagliacci a little better. We place heavy emphasis on providing our customers with service beyond their expectations. This meeting is also designed to give us an idea of your customer service skills and to give you an idea of what level of service we provide to our customer. After the first interview, you can expect a follow up call within 48 hours to let you know how we intend to proceed in the interview process.

  • Reference Check. During the phone interview or your first interview, you will be asked to provide us with a list of references. A minimum of three references will be contacted.

  • Store Visit. We will schedule a visit or meeting with the General Manager of one of our locations. This is designed to give you a realistic view of what managing at Pagliacci means.

  • Final Interview. Our District Managers will meet with you. This interview will focus more on your individual management style to determine whether you will fit in with Pagliacci's culture.

  • Background Check. We will ask for your approval and signature in order to conduct a background search to see if you have a criminal record.

  • Offer. We take the entire hiring process into consideration when making a decision. You will be contacted with our decision within 48 hours after your final interview.
