As the Pacific Northwest continues to be pummeled by storm after storm, we all need a little comfort food. Nothing is more comforting than our Chicken Rosemary Primo. We marinate the chicken in a special vinaigrette to give it a wonderful flavor. It is accompanied with potatoes that are oven-roasted with garlic, oil and rosemary. The chicken and potatoes top red onions, fresh basil, mozzarella and kasseri cheese on an olive oil base seasoned with red chili pepper flakes. Rosemary potatoes are also available as an individual pizza topping.
