SALUMI PRIMO
We introduced the Salumi Primo in the winter of 2005. When Salumi Artisan Cured Meats had finally obtained a USDA certification and could sell their cured meats to restaurants, we built a pizza around one of their favorite salamis – finocchiona. The salami is already packed with flavor – cracked fennel, black pepper and a touch of curry. We combine it with Mama Lil’s goathorn peppers, roasted fennel, mozzarella and ricotta cheese on an olive oil base.
